We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Adore Originals. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange process, as outlined below.

1. Exchange Eligibility

• exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Sale items and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Exchange

To start a exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your exchange . We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Refund Process

We do not have a refund policy due to the limited quantities we produce store credit you can use that store credit for the next product. Hence, all orders are final and we do not provide any refunds. For more info, please drop us an email at support@adoreoriginals.in and the team will be happy to assist you. 

Please note that there is a validity of 3 months from the date of issue on any store credits sent out. Make sure to have this utilised in this period as your store credit will expire post the timeline

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process first. After your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.
